AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT | 13th AUGUST 2026 | When a celebration can bring joy to people while also creating a meaningful difference in the lives of others, it becomes much more than an event. This thought comes alive through “Social Edit,” a Charity Housie-cum-Exhibition being organised by Ahmedabad Frolic Ladies Circle 111, a part of Ladies Circle India.
Led this year by Chairperson Binoli Kapadia, Ahmedabad Frolic Ladies Circle 111 is committed to serving the community through meaningful and sustainable initiatives. Ladies Circle India, affiliated with Round Table India, works across the country towards community development and social welfare. The Ahmedabad circle is one part of this larger nationwide movement.
Over the years, the organisation has worked towards the betterment of underprivileged children, particularly in rural areas, by supporting the creation of schools, classrooms and toilet blocks. Alongside these long-term projects, the members also undertake various social and community service activities based on the needs of underprivileged communities.
Social Edit is an important fundraising initiative for the circle. Every contribution made through the event will ultimately go back to society, with the funds raised being used for the betterment and welfare of underprivileged children. Whether it is a Housie ticket, an exhibition stall or any other contribution, every participation becomes a small but meaningful step towards creating a better future.
The Charity Housie-cum-Exhibition will bring together women from Ahmedabad for an afternoon of entertainment, shopping and community spirit, with 15 exhibition stalls participating in the event. The stall contributions, as well as the funds generated through Housie participation, will support the organisation’s charitable initiatives.
The event will also be joined by popular influencers Vidhie Shah and Bhumika Gupta (After School), adding to the spirit and energy of the afternoon while supporting the larger message of giving back.
For Ahmedabad Frolic Ladies Circle 111, Social Edit is not about the game, the prizes or the exhibition alone. It is about what can happen when people come together with a purpose. Every ticket purchased, every stall supported and every contribution made helps turn an afternoon of celebration into an opportunity to serve those who need it most.
The circle hopes that Social Edit will inspire more people to become a part of the culture of giving and remind everyone that charity does not always have to begin with something big—even a small contribution, when multiplied by a community, can create a lasting impact.
Social Edit is a celebration with a purpose: come together, enjoy, contribute and give back to society.
